How it works

Set it up once. Receive documents safely for good.

Here’s exactly what happens from the moment a borrower clicks your button to the moment the file is in your hands.

  1. Get your link

Choose a plan. We set up your private folder and email you your personal SecureSend link.

  2. Add it to your signature

Use the free signature builder to add a “Send me documents securely” button, then paste it into Outlook or Gmail.

  3. Borrowers send

They click the button, drag in their files and press Send. No account, no password, no app.

  4. You download

Sign in with your Microsoft account, open your folder and move the files into your loan file.

What borrowers see

A clean, branded page that just works.

The upload page greets the borrower with your name and, if you like, your company logo. It tells them their files are encrypted and go only to you. Then it gets out of their way.

  • Drag and drop on a computer, or tap to choose files on a phone.
  • A clear “Sent securely” confirmation listing every file.
  • Large files are sent in pieces and retried automatically if a connection drops.

Send your documents to Jordan Ellis

Your files are encrypted the moment you send them and go only to Jordan Ellis’s private folder. No account or password needed.

Questions

Common questions

Do my borrowers need an account, an app or a password?

No. They click the button in your signature, choose their files and press Send. That’s it.

What kinds of files can borrowers send?

Any format: PDFs, photos from a phone, Word and Excel files, and scans. Each file can be up to 500 MB.

How do I get my documents?

Your files are in a private folder in Microsoft’s cloud. Sign in with your Microsoft account to open it and download what you need. M365 Vault is for delivering documents, not storing them long-term, so move files into your loan origination system once they arrive.

Can I put my company logo on the upload page?

Yes. Send us your logo and it appears at the top of your upload page. A screenshot of the logo on your website works fine; the page trims and sizes it automatically.

What if a borrower uses the wrong link?

Each link points to one loan officer’s folder, and the page shows the loan officer’s name before anything is sent. A mistyped or unknown link shows an error, and nothing is uploaded.

How do I add the button to my email signature?

Use the free SecureSend signature builder. Fill in your details, copy the signature and paste it into Outlook or Gmail. There are step-by-step instructions on the page.
