Terms of service | M365 Vault

These terms govern your use of M365 Vault, a product of Vantir Group (“we,” “us”). By buying or using M365 Vault, you agree to them. Questions: info@m365vault.com.

1. The service

M365 Vault gives you a personal SecureSend link that lets others upload documents to a private folder for you in Microsoft’s cloud, plus a free email signature builder. The service is intended for mortgage and financial professionals in the United States using it for business.

2. Your account

You must give us accurate information and keep your Microsoft sign-in secure. You’re responsible for activity under your account and for telling us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Plans, payment and cancellation

Monthly ($20/month): billed each month until you cancel. Cancelling stops future charges. Partial months aren’t refunded.
Lifetime ($299 one-time): one payment gives you one SecureSend link for as long as we operate M365 Vault. It isn’t transferable to another person.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices may change for new purchases; we’ll give monthly customers notice before a price change takes effect.
Except as stated here or required by law, payments are non-refundable.

4. Acceptable use

You won’t use M365 Vault, or let others use your link, to:

upload anything illegal, or anything you or the sender have no right to share;
upload malware or try to disrupt, probe or get around the service’s security;
store protected health information or other data the service isn’t designed for;
resell or rebrand the service without our written permission.

We may suspend links or accounts used in violation of these terms.

5. Your documents and your obligations

Files uploaded to your folder belong to you and the people who send them. We don’t claim ownership of them. M365 Vault is a delivery tool, not a records system: you’re responsible for downloading files into your own systems, keeping required records, and meeting the privacy and security obligations that apply to your business, including under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. We may remove files that remain in folders.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep M365 Vault available and secure, but it depends on third-party services such as Microsoft and Stripe and may sometimes be unavailable. We may improve or change the service. If we ever discontinue M365 Vault, we’ll give customers at least 60 days’ notice so they can retrieve their files.

7. Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated in these terms, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows. Nothing on this site is legal or compliance advice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for M365 Vault in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using M365 Vault at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or if required by law. On termination, your right to use the service ends; sections 5, 7, 8 and 10 survive.

10. General

These terms are the entire agreement between you and us about M365 Vault. They’re governed by the laws of the state in which Vantir Group is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may update these terms by posting a new version here; for material changes we’ll notify customers by email before they take effect.
