Can I cancel the monthly plan?

Yes, anytime. Cancelling stops the next charge. Partial months aren’t refunded.

What does “Lifetime” mean?

One payment covers your SecureSend link for as long as M365 Vault operates. There’s no monthly bill. See the terms of service for details.

I have a promo code. Where do I enter it?

On the secure Stripe checkout page, choose “Add promotion code” before you pay.

Can my company buy for several loan officers?

Yes. Each plan covers one loan officer and one link. For a team, email info@m365vault.com and we’ll set everyone up together.

Who will I see on my card statement?

Payments are processed by Stripe for Vantir Group, the company behind M365 Vault.
